Marbelized

Armadillidium c.f. espanyoli

A small, marble-patterned Armadillidium from Spain — establishes at a moderate pace on a drier gradient than most of the genus.

Care notes

Armadillidium c.f. espanyoli "Marbelized" (also sold as Spanish Marble) wants a moderate moisture gradient rather than uniform dampness — one damp side, one dry, with only occasional misting; it does not do well in a consistently wet setup. Keep it warm, roughly 68–83°F, and provide a steady calcium source such as cuttlebone for clean molts. Colonies establish at a moderate pace — slower than a fast Porcellio, but reproduce reliably once settled.
