Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms are a contract between you and RYZA Exotics LLC, an Illinois business based in Chicago. They apply to purchases of live invertebrates and non-living supplies through ryzaexotics.com.

You are buying living animals

Counts are sold as stated on the product page. Cultures may include mixed life stages unless the listing says otherwise. Coloration, size, and morph expression vary between individuals. Read the care guide before your order ships.

Shipping windows and weather holds

Live animals ship Monday through Wednesday only, by 2-Day or Overnight service. RYZA holds shipments when forecast temperatures fall outside 45–85°F during transit. Insulated packaging with a heat pack or cold pack, chosen by forecast, is included at no extra charge.

Live Arrival Guarantee & Shipping Policy

RYZA guarantees invertebrates arrive alive when the stated delivery, weather, address, and claim conditions are met. Claims must include clear photos of the animals, packaging, and shipping label. See RYZA customer service for order support.

Privacy Policy

RYZA collects order information, account information when an account is created, and messages sent through contact forms or email. The site may also collect basic usage data and use cookies for site function, checkout, and analytics. Payment card details are handled by payment processors rather than RYZA.
