Yellow springtails are sold in the hobby as a Ceratophysella sp. color variant alongside Lilac — same genus, same care. Keep substrate consistently moist (coconut fiber, peat, or sphagnum) at roughly 68–77°F, with good ventilation to prevent mold. Theyre efficient decomposers and rapid reproducers once established, making them a reliable cleanup crew or display accent.
