Tropical springtail cultures reproduce faster than temperate lines under warm, humid conditions and are a common choice for high-turnover bioactive setups. Keep the substrate reliably moist (damp charcoal or coco coir) and feed a small pinch of yeast periodically — overfeeding causes mold and can crash the culture.
